Good visit.

I had to check in several times: I checked in days in advance, then had to go through the same Q's the day of my appt, then the assistant did some of them again on the phone at my appt time... Then I waited 25 more min for the actual appt. I wish the assistant would only call when the doctor was ready for me. That said, please don't do away with virtual appts. This is more accessible for people with disabilities, transportation problems, and work, and it's a less traumatic way of seeing a doctor. I understand that some things must be done in-office, but many things can be done online. Please don't regress back to the old broken ways when the pandemic is over!
